Please see our product download page for access to all of our product guides as well as product brochures. How do I track my order? At this time, online tracking of your order is not available. We hope to offer this service in the future. How long will it take to receive my console? TBC, as part of our Lean Manufacturing Program, schedules and builds consoles in such a way as to ensure the most efficient flow though our factory. Stock items may ship within 2 weeks of receipt of purchase order, while custom orders may vary from 6-12 weeks, depending on a variety of factors. How do I know what console is best for my needs? Your TBC representative, in collaboration with you, will help determine which console best suits your needs by intelligently assessing your equipment needs, architectural factors, and your budget. How do I know if my item is in stock? TBC stocks a variety of accessory components to our consoles, full consoles are not stocked. How are the consoles shipped? TBC can expertly prepare your consoles for shipment, in the most secure manner - whether by pallet or blanket wrap – by truck, air, or sea. Do you offer a design service? Yes, your representative can determine if our standard design service will cover your needs, or if a dedicated design service is needed. |
