Warranty

TBC warrantees its products from ANY manufacturing defect for a period of 1 year. This includes, but is not limited to, things like opening of countertop seams, bolster separation from countertop, bowing of countertop or any other type of structural sagging, delamination or stress cracks, broken hinges or removable bottom clips, etc. Naturally, this warrantee does not cover damage due to customer misuse or abuse. I.e.; gouges in countertop edging, scratches, bent vent grilles, etc. Warrantee in no way covers damage to equipment that may somehow be attributed to console design or construction...i.e. a monitor gets too hot and fails because there is insufficient ventilation. TBC is released from damage of this type by virtue of client approval of design and sign-off on drawings.

Payment Terms and Methods

TBC accepts Company Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We require a 1/3 Deposit to accompany Signed (approved) Drawings and get the project into production. An additional 1/3 payment is due prior to shipping, and the remaining balance is due Net 15 days from Delivery.

FOB TBC Factory. The size of your order and your location will determine delivery, boxing and crating charges. We negotiate the best rates from our carriers, and pass the discounts on to you. You will be informed of all shipping and handling charges at the time of your order.
